• Set new standards between Ship Dock and OB Flow communication in order to minimize DEA misses and sorter health. Prior to this, site was struggling with SmartPac/Smalls rates dilution from flats being in AGL multiple times throughout the day
• Flow SME responsible for workflow management throughout all outbound departments with a focus on meeting customer promise.
• Owned all pre-shift and intra-shift planning for the site consisting of 500+ associates daily.
• Site POC for any Central Flow escalations

• Owned Production Controller monitoring in order to identify opportunities across all four shifts for better flow management.
• Responsible for Prior Day Planning from plan generation to VET/VTO opportunities in order to ensure site had enough labor to meet customer promise while also having a focus on cost.

• Monitored AR Floor through ARRM and escalated any pods needing to be prioritized to meet CPT.
• Worked as an Ambassador for Pack Singles, onboarding 35+ AAs prior to Peak 2021.

• Shared SW Checklist for SLAM Operators in order to stage Kickouts by CPT time during Peak as we had a higher number of KOs due to heavy onboarding.
