Set new standards between Ship Dock and OB Flow communication in order to minimize DEA misses and sorter health. Prior to this, site was struggling with SmartPac/Smalls rates dilution from flats being in AGL multiple times throughout the day

• Flow SME responsible for workflow management throughout all outbound departments with a focus on meeting customer promise.

• Owned all pre-shift and intra-shift planning for the site consisting of 500+ associates daily.

• Site POC for any Central Flow escalations

• Point of contact for site's Pre-SLAM DEA SME in order to deep dive defects across all shifts.

• First flow lead to achieve a 70 TPH shift in EWR9 post COVID-19.

• Drove standard work and flow best practices across all shifts and EWR9 was able to achieve best in class in Rate Accuracy, PSP/PDP, and LaGrange accuracy.

• Worked with an L5 AFE Area Manager from February 2022 to April 2022 as he had to step in as Acting OB Operations Manager w/o training due to a sudden attrition in our leadership.

• Developed two Tier I associates into Tier 3 between January 1st to mid-march.

• Trained 3 AFE Process Assistants into Outbound Flow PA role to create a bench during Peak 2022 for FHD & BHN.

• Owned Production Controller monitoring in order to identify opportunities across all four shifts for better flow management.

• Responsible for Prior Day Planning from plan generation to VET/VTO opportunities in order to ensure site had enough labor to meet customer promise while also having a focus on cost.

• Led the most cost effective shift between all four corners and was awarded PA of the Month.

• Monitored AR Floor through ARRM and escalated any pods needing to be prioritized to meet CPT.

• Worked as an Ambassador for Pack Singles, onboarding 35+ AAs prior to Peak 2021.

• Trained 5 new SLAM operators between FHD & BHD in order to prepare for Peak 2022.

• Shared SW Checklist for SLAM Operators in order to stage Kickouts by CPT time during Peak as we had a higher number of KOs due to heavy onboarding.

• Process Guide for Single Smalls, overseeing 10 AAs on a daily basis.

• Conducted daily pack audits for all Single Smalls AA aiming for no less that 90% effectiveness.

• Effectively managed production line conveyors as a Jam Clearer throughout Peak 2021.
