· Analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven improvements.

· Collaborating with immigration, onboarding department and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless smooth onboarding for new hires and requirements.

· Reviewing performance of team and workflow

· Proactively building business for revenue growth to the organization

· Analyze Recruitment metrics and key Performance indicator (KPI) to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven improvements.
