Played a key role in the strategic retirement of Asset Center by migrating its data and implementing streamlined processes within ServiceNow, resulting in $32 million in annual cost avoidance. Developed and implemented automated solutions—including JavaScript scheduled jobs, business rules, and data pipelines—that improved asset lifecycle accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Delivered demonstrations of ServiceNow features, such as Asset Rollup, to product owners and stakeholders. Authored comprehensive technical design documentation, executed end-to-end testing including Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests, and collaborated cross-functionally to align solutions with business goals.
Served as a lead interviewer for the TDP software engineering hiring track, and facilitated bi-weekly data structures and algorithms sessions along with competitive programming contests to elevate program participants’ technical skills. Awarded the AT&T Connection Award in recognition of impactful contributions both to the business partner team and to the TDP program.

Developed a custom data structure called Unrolled Linked List in C++ and wrote automated tests to execute linear algebra operations, such as Convolution. Compared the performance of this data structure with that of the standard template library Vector in 1D, 2D, and 3D. First co-op, as part of the MECOP program.
