Payten Fornaro

In the winter, I work as a snow tubing attendant, which involves extensive guest interaction. I welcome guests, assist with their tickets, provide them directions, and assure their safety coming on and off of the mountain. In the summer I work as a laser tag and adventure park attendant. This involves safely harnessing people for the ropes courses, providing them directions, and coaching them through the courses. In laser tag I welcome the guests and supervise them to make sure they have responsible and safe fun. Due to my faithful employment and leadership abilities, I was advanced to the title of a Designated Coach. I teach the qualities of the "four keys," which are warmth, personalization, awareness, and proactivity, which I strive to set as an example for others.
