Payton Jones

I am a quick learner and passionate about becoming a fully ASE certified mechanic. I have worked on cars since I was about 7 years old. Since then, I have gained more and more knowledge and advice that continues to push me to pursue my dream. I'm willing to learn skills I'm not yet familiar with. I'm confident that with my good understanding of basic and some advanced mechanic maintenance, that this is the right career for me.

I recently bought my first car, a 2001 Ford Mustang. It was not in great condition when I purchased it, but I've always wanted a project car. After driving my car to and from work and getting it in my garage, I was able to really dive into it and find the root of some of the problems. I've done everything from a simple oil change to installing a new steering rack and getting into the engine. I've done all of this with help from more experienced people, making me very confident in the skills that I've learned.
