Started out as a regular roustabout, mixing mud, rig moving, rigging up, transferring mud, taking vis measurements, washing rigs, washing frac tanks, for 3 months then moved to the shop to be a welder for like 6 months and then they moved me to be a supervisor for the roustabouts, wash crews and location clean up crews and made sure guys got to there job on time.
