My career at Fleet Pride has allowed me to understand and observe the entire workings of the company, as well as the opportunities in each area, which then allowed me to help the Lakeland team increase sales.
Understanding their needs, supporting them with 18 years of experience in truck parts they often don't know about, and making the best recommendations has earned me their trust every day.
In 2022, I had the opportunity to be part of the Lakeland store team as a manager, which sold $8,000 daily at the time. Currently, the store sells $23,000 since I was there as a manager, implementing strategies, establishing new clients, and creating good relationships and communication with customers.
In 2024, my area manager gave me the opportunity to expand my growth by assisting him with new store training, visiting local stores to support their growth, always working with my Lakeland team but as an assistant so I could have the freedom to perform my other responsibilities.
