With Synthetech, I assisted the Sales & Marketing group and was the Customer Service Representative. I took orders over the phone, via email & fax. I also handled scheduling and shipment for all shipments via courier and truck.

When Synthetech was acquired by WR Grace in late 2010, I continued in much the same role, minus Marketing, as Grace had a department in place for that particular position.
