Project Responsibilities: Led the comprehensive development and implementation of the project, designed the basic framework and main process solutions for outpatient IT system construction, organized discussions with IT professionals, clinical doctors, pharmacists, and nurses to determine system development requirements. Tracked project progress regularly ,test and feedback for improvement.
Project Achievements: After over a year of efforts, the outpatient electronic medical record system was successfully developed and put into use. Through continuous optimization and improvement, the system is currently operating smoothly, with positive feedback from clinical users including physicians and nurses.
Chemotherapy Prescribing System Development Project Based on Chemotherapy Templates

Project Description: Chemotherapy prescribing, compounding and administration are complex and highly specialized tasks, and the chemotherapy prescribing system is a fundamental tool for oncology therapy clinical operations. Recognizing the gap in standardization and safety compared to international practices, the project introduced the concept of a standardized chemotherapy prescribing IT system based on templates used in Singapore and other western countries.
Project Responsibilities: Led the comprehensive development and implementation of the project, provided chemotherapy system construction solutions and frameworks, organized discussions with IT professionals, oncologist, pharmacists, and nurses to determine system development requirements. Supervised project execution, regularly tracked project progress, test and feedback for improvement.
Project Achievements: After over one year and a half of dedicated work, the first Chinese version of a chemotherapy prescribing system based on templates was successfully developed and implemented, receiving unanimous praise from oncologist, pharmacist and nurses. It made groundbreaking contributions to the standardization, safety, and convenience of chemotherapy prescribing initiation at Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center, and improved the patient's safety and outcomes.
