• Led a team of 14 BSAs and Production Support team members, as we partnered with the development team and business leaders to build new Commercial Vehicle Lending systems, for Credit and Funding for both retail and lease offerings
• Maintained Production Support of the new Wholesale Lending systems and Commercial Lending underwriting systems, striving for excellent customer service by meeting or exceeding our MTTR and SLAs
• Guided BSAs on best practices in gathering requirements and controlling scope creep, as well as quality pre-implementation and post-implementation testing
• Once the Commercial Vehicle Lending systems were productionalized, I instituted 21 day release cycles to enhance and improve the systems for better user functionality
