This is a level 3 trauma facility where i currently hold a full-time position at.

This started off as a full-time charge nurse position that turned into a PRN position.

At this agency, I performed all LVN functions in various areas within each hospital, including the ER, ICU, and Med/Surg. I worked at multiple hospitals with which this agency had a contract.

This is a freestanding emergency hospital where i held a full time position as an LVN.

At this long-term care facility, I held a PRN job as a charge nurse.

This is a Home Health company where I held a full-time position.

This is a freestanding ER where I started my LVN career full time january 2015 and then PRN May 2016 until Mary 2017.

In this position, I audited a total of 113 units across the state of texas, supervising a total of 42 employees.
