Featured space includes a café, a landscaped roof terrace, a new penthouse, wellness and fitness centers, multiple production studios, a new elevator, and interconnecting stairs. Multi-phased projects with multiple TCOs and places of assembly with construction occurred during COVID.
  • Saint Peter's Church - 21,000 sq. ft., multi-phased project for a non-profit organization. Renovation with high finishes, a black box theater, a multi-purpose room, bathrooms, and a new ADA elevator. Ongoing pre-construction and assistance with grant applications.
  • StepStone Headquarters - Two floors built out for over 48,000 sq. ft. Featured floating staircase, trading desks, new café, town hall, and boardroom that had divisible walls. The project was delivered on time, with a 10% savings returned to the client.
  • 2 Grand Central Tower - Oversaw the delivery of varying projects for both the occupiers and the building, including new builds, white box, and renovation projects, as one of the residential Project Managers.
