Always wanted to show people how easy the subprime industry can be if you learn the programs and you land the customers on the right cars. Have always been a great teacher for something I feel passionate about and that's the Car Business.
Managed a Subprime Department that consisted of 20 sales people. My pay plan was tied to days to fund, so I ran a pretty tight ship with 2.2 days to fund. Averaged 50-55 deals per month with a 3800 gross average with front and back.
Was the owner of a small independent lot in Jessamine County located in Kentucky. Wore many hats from Selling to getting deals funded. Was very efficient with knowing the banks programs. Averaged 30 cars per month mostly consisting of Subprime inventory and customers.
Turned a prime store into doing 20% subprime. Averaged 40 deals per month with a Toyota store that if Toyota didn't buy the paper they let the customers walk out of the dealership. Ran a clean department and kept the cash flow going for the owners. Ran several mailers that put a lot of money in a lot of salesman's pockets.
