- Responsible for the safety management and oversight of the self performed scope of T/Y. This is a Turner Yates joint venture for the $4 billion Panasonic Electric Vehicle Battery project.
- Developed all training materials and programs.
- Managed the risk with various scopes of work, and developed a Job Hazard Analysis.
- Managed all injury and incident investigations. Worked with the project team to develop new policies and procedures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Worked with Panasonic, claims managers, and insurance representatives for return-to-work and modified-duty cases.
- Conducted weekly insurance walks with representatives from the broker and carrier. Addressed their concerns about risk exposure.
- Performed root cause analysis investigations and presented findings to project, regional, and corporate T/Y executives.
