- Developed fully-automated delivery processes for the new internal QA environment via CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. These pipelines save multiple man-hours each week as compared to the semi-scripted external QA and production release mechanisms. Also added static code analysis in the pipelines.
- Participated in a 24x7 alternating on-call rotation for over 15 years, responding promptly to fix myriad issues in multiple products.

In 2019, performance enhancements to the flagship product resulted in a net decrease in resource usage of 20%.
