  • Developed a strategic six year roadmap for Wells Fargo to build four datacenters consolidating the existing eight datacenters. The roadmap development process examined a build to own vs. a build to suit solution. This site /vendor selection process evaluated geographic risks, land availability, developer track records, utility power, network diversity and other decision considerations. We completed a detailed RFP process evaluating 3rd party providers and developer proposals resulting in an the award of a ten-year, $837 million build to suit datacenter development contract.
  • Partnered with engineering teams to develop a project to expand our new datacenters increasing our existing datacenter capacity from 32 MW to 72 M for a $465 MM investment through a commercial transaction with our development vendor. This expansion was driven by the evaluation incoming infrastructure demand and available datacenter capacity.
  • Created a product construct for all physical hosting environments inclusive from major data centers through admin IDF/MDF office support.
  • Recruited, developed, and integrated 10 new product owners to drive the product model.
