Led Advanced Rate Design Time-of-Use Rate study project, testing default TOU rates for 14,000 pilot customers for energy consumption changes and bill impacts. Responsible for rate design and cost recovery mechanisms and supporting accounting. Develop customer generation compensation mechanisms. Lead customer load research of energy usage and billing analysis.

Led the Generation Planning, Forecasting and Telecommunications Planning Departments. Oversight of all short-term and long-term planning outputs, including production simulations, evaluations of requests for generation proposals, and sales forecasts.

Responsible for revenues, cost of service and rate design for all HECO, HELCO, and MECO rate cases filed between 2005 and 2017, including direct testimonies, discovery responses, rebuttal, settlement proposals, and revised tariffs. Oversight of all surcharge cost recoveries and related accounting support.
