Managed the full program lifecycle—from defining business logic with operations teams to developing a sequential data pipeline that reduced resolution time from 4 days to minutes, reclaiming 90 operational hours monthly.
• Telecom Contract Assistant (Generative AI Chatbot): Drove the technical vision and deployment of an enterprise chatbot. Architected a Cascading Retrieval System to bypass serverless constraints, directly engineering the backend (Apps Script/Sheets/Gemini APIs) to drastically reduce latency and token costs while driving user adoption.
• BEE Keeper Security Architecture: Program managed a critical data governance initiative, defining access policies and implementing row-level security protocols across NetCO dashboards to ensure strict cost-center compliance for external and internal stakeholders.
