• Assisting Residents with ADL such as bathing, grooming, proper nourishment, and mobility as needed.
• I also made sure the residents had clean bedding and a safe environment.
• I took vital signs as needed. Efficiently answered Call Bells to assist residents.
• Provided emotional support as needed.
• Daily observation of conditions, changes or behaviour which helped to determine residents activities for the day.
