TeaLoveCrochet is a personal business creating knit/crochet accessories catered to an alternative lifestyle. The purpose is to challenge people's perception of what is normally associated with the word "knit" or "crochet".

• Selected as one of the lead crocheters out of a group of 20 to assist in the final stages of production.
• Produced over 500 feet of material for Sheila Pepe's My Neighbors Garden outdoor sculpture commissioned by Madison Square Park Conservancy. On public display from June 26 – December 10, 2023
• Participated in a roundtable discussion with the artist for Madison Square Conservancy's portfolio.

• Managed a high volume general information inbox for 3 live events (AnimeNYC '21 and '22 ; Awesomecon '21 in DC) for weeks prior to the event as well as on site for 4 days.
• Deescalated situations and transferred any that needed to be seen by higher representatives.
• Hired as emergency support contractor based on ability to downsize their inbox to a manageable volume during a period when begins to interfere with their regular staff's day-to-day.

• Content creation for social media and store blog
• Managing and performing daily onsite retail duties (taking inventory on incoming shipments to on-site customer service)
• Educating customers on Japanese street fashion.
• Assisted with all exit procedures when store closed

• Managed and scheduled daily calendar for company blog and two e-newsletters
• Wrote copy and edit layouts for blog content and e-newsletters for web optimization
• Updated pattern PDFs for their online directory for quality control.
