I have captained two of my teams for about 3 years, which has given me immense resources in team building and leadership to take through other aspects of my life. Soccer in my experience has helped with my time management, having to show up to each practice on time multiple times a week. Soccer also has kept me in good shape being able to stay countless hours outside doing labour.
