I am a PreK–3 certified educator and STEM Education graduate student with over two decades of experience teaching and leading in both international and U.S. educational settings. My work is grounded in equity, innovation, and data-informed practice, with a strong focus on integrating STEM, literacy, and instructional technology to improve student outcomes. Currently, I teach third grade in Virginia while pursuing my M.Ed. in STEM Education at the American College of Education, where I maintain a 3.9 GPA. I am especially passionate about project-based learning, assessment-driven instruction, and designing curricula that empower young learners to think critically and solve real-world problems. With experience as both a classroom teacher and school principal, I bring a systems-level perspective to education, balancing instructional excellence with thoughtful leadership. I am eager to collaborate with educators, instructional leaders, and organizations committed to advancing high-quality STEM and literacy education for all learners.
