Responsible for mobilization of in-house and sub-contracted crews employed by Housley Group in an effort to complete capital and expense projects efficiently and with quality for various customers. Tasks responsible for:

• Review with each crew the status of construction for their current project.
• Ensuring that each foreman has the proper tools, equipment and manpower to accomplish the best progression of construction for the project each day.
• Provide Work Prints, Permits, Surveys, and Material Transaction Forms to the Forman for his current project.
• Preform Pre-Con inspections for the customer to ensure efficient time management and to streamline as much of the anticipated work to be done during construction.
• Request locates of existing facilities throughout the scope of the project, and ensure all entities have responded and marked there facilities if necessary.
• Track progress on all ongoing projects and communicate with schedulers, for each of our customers, on the status of their builds and expected completion or delays that occur during development.
• Communicate with customers about complications that are encountered during construction and provide viable solutions to overcome any obstacles that arise.
• Preform Quality Assurance Inspections during and post construction.
• Document construction in unitized codes for the purpose of invoicing the customer for work preformed in the field vs originally engineered.
• Review time recorded by employees daily and submit to payroll.
• Update project task reports daily, internal revenue reports weekly, and close out project tasks as they are completed in the field.
• Forecast Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual revenue for each department.
• Mitigate and manage expenses incurred by the crews and allocate costs to the correct expense account or apply directly to the project.
• Reporting damaged equipment to the mechanic and tracking the repair of reported equipment.
• Maintain inspection and registration of all equipment assigned to crews and department.
• File Damage Reports, Accident Reports, Equipment Utilization Reports, Drug Testing Results, Pre-Hire Packets and New-Hire Packets for prospective employees, as well as Preformance Reviews for existing employees.
• Ensuring all personnel wear PPE and adhere to the safety standards the company has set forth.

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Aerial and Buried telecommunication facilities for Housley's various customers. Tasks preformed were:

• Pole placement/removal.
• Transfer existing Facilities (maintaining proper NEC clearances and specifications).
• Maintenance of existing Aerial Leads, tree clearing(removal of growth within 10' radius of Aerial Facilities).
• Repair & Replacement of deteriorated or damaged hardware along the Aerial Facilities.
• Instillation of new Fiber Optic Facilities via addition to existing builds or newly engineered builds.
• Placement of 2x3 Hand Holes, 3x5 Hand Holes and Pedestals with proper grade and bonding.
• Operate and Maintain Equipment such as a Digger Derrick Truck, Bucket Truck, Aerial Placement Truck, Vactrons, Mini-Excavator(Minimal Experience), High Pressured Air Compressor, Self Priming Water Pumps, Blowers, Jumping Jacks, Compactor, Power Hand tools, Hydraulic Tamps, Cut-off Saw and Jack Hammer.

Responsible for serving customers at Chuy's Tex-Mex Restaurant. Tasks responsible for:

• Greeting customers as they come into the restaurant or are seated in your section.
• Ensuring customers have all essential dish and cup ware needed for their meal.
• Taking the customers order and delivering it to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that, once the meal is prepared, it is properly made and presentable to the customer.
• Once food is delivered to the customer, make sure they are satisfied with their prepared meal.
• Restocking of chips, baskets, cups, and beverages in all server station throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain clean stations, expo window, restrooms, bar back, kitchen line, and server sections on the floor.

Responsible for serving customers at The Corner Bar and Grill on Northgate. Tasks responsible for:

• Ensuring all customers entering the bar are of proper age and if not identifying them with a stamp.
• Validating that customers entering the bar are coherent and not disorderly.
• Taking customers orders for their requested Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic beverage as well as, placing food orders to the kitchen.
• Ensuring that the drinks are made properly to the general or specific instruction of the customer.
• Delivering food to the customer in a timely manner.
• Restocking all emptied Liquor bottles, sliced garnishes, juiced fruit mixers, chilled liquors, kegged beer, bottled beer, non-alcoholics and ice in the wells.
• Restocking of pint glasses, shot glasses and plates to the kitchen.
• Maintaining a clean work area in the barback, kegorator, on the floor, patio, restrooms, as well as in the kitchen.
• Removing customers from the bar if they become intoxicated and disorderly, for the purpose of maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for the remaining customers.

Responsible for patrolling The University of Texas A&M's campus in College Station, Texas. Tasks responsible for:

• Maintain a visual presents throughout campus, specifically your assigned sector during your shift.
• Monitor for any suspicious activity and report it immediately to the patrolling officer in the area.
• Check and review security cameras through certain classroom and research buildings.
• Preform walkthrough of the assigned area for the duration of your shift checking all entrances to the buildings ensuring they are secure and can be locked without fault.
• File reports at the end of your shift detailing any maintenance required or suspicions occurred.
