Responsible for mobilization of in-house and sub-contracted crews employed by Housley Group in an effort to complete capital and expense projects efficiently and with quality for various customers. Tasks responsible for:

  • Review with each crew the status of construction for their current project.
  • Ensuring that each foreman has the proper tools, equipment and manpower to accomplish the best progression of construction for the project each day.
  • Provide Work Prints, Permits, Surveys, and Material Transaction Forms to the Forman for his current project.
  • Preform Pre-Con inspections for the customer to ensure efficient time management and to streamline as much of the anticipated work to be done during construction.
  • Request locates of existing facilities throughout the scope of the project, and ensure all entities have responded and marked there facilities if necessary.
  • Track progress on all ongoing projects and communicate with schedulers, for each of our customers, on the status of their builds and expected completion or delays that occur during development.
  • Communicate with customers about complications that are encountered during construction and provide viable solutions to overcome any obstacles that arise.
  • Preform Quality Assurance Inspections during and post construction.
  • Document construction in unitized codes for the purpose of invoicing the customer for work preformed in the field vs originally engineered.
  • Review time recorded by employees daily and submit to payroll.
  • Update project task reports daily, internal revenue reports weekly, and close out project tasks as they are completed in the field.
  • Forecast Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual revenue for each department.
  • Mitigate and manage expenses incurred by the crews and allocate costs to the correct expense account or apply directly to the project.
  • Reporting damaged equipment to the mechanic and tracking the repair of reported equipment.
  • Maintain inspection and registration of all equipment assigned to crews and department.
  • File Damage Reports, Accident Reports, Equipment Utilization Reports, Drug Testing Results, Pre-Hire Packets and New-Hire Packets for prospective employees, as well as Preformance Reviews for existing employees.
  • Ensuring all personnel wear PPE and adhere to the safety standards the company has set forth.
