• Fast paced brewery that grew from 1500 bbls to 24,000 bbls in 10 years
• I did everything from daily production work, scheduling, recipe development, inventory/raw materials, SOPs, beer descriptions
• Additionally- working with Obeer/EAP software, maintain rapport with vendors/suppliers, tours, troubleshoot equipment and facilitate repairs
• Developed innovative beer recipes, resulting in a diverse product portfolio appealing to various customer preferences.
• Brewed collaborations with other brewers from around the country and Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
• Brewed custom beers for key accounts
• Brewed with FOH/BOH/Mangement when they reached 5 year anniversary

• First 5 years brewed on a 200 bbl brewhouse, including cellaring, yeast harvest/pitching/counting
• In 2008 I transitioned to the Portland brewery
• Worked on a 20 bbl brewhouse with new responsibilities of ordering raw materials, supplying restaurant with beer, working with mobile bottler and later running Meheen bottler myself
• Adhered to good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

• Brewed on 15 bbl brewhouse
• Also cellar duties, filtration, barrel aging, packaging, festivals, tours
• Collaborated with team members for smooth operations, resulting in reduced downtime and improved workflow.
• Assisted in marketing efforts, engaging with customers at events and tastings to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
