- And in my present position, I take the project from contract to invoicing
- A typical project will go from, getting the opportunity for introduction of client
- To helping the client diagnose the correct fix for their personal equipment
- Submitting the quote for the fix, then being awarded the PO
- Scheduling equipment, material, manpower, also the installation of refractory products, then oversee the project and budget
- Then lastly, invoicing the client at the end of the project
- And working closely on maintaining the relationship with the client moving forward
- Essentially, our position as project managers in the refractory industry, is we take the full responsibility of the complete project, and safety, from A to Z.

- I was a Project Manager with Plibrico for over 6 years. And one of projects that I was able to accomplish for this company was, working on a one billion dollar expansion for North Star Blue Scope Steel in Delta, Ohio in 2020. We were able to bring this 1.5 year project in on time and on budget. Working 25 men on days and 25 men on nights.
- Another new ground up project with Plibrico was the Pro-Tec Coating continuous galvanizing line.
- Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Met project deadlines without sacrificing build quality or workplace safety.
