I have 20-year experience as a veteran of substance abuse counseling and security in a medium security setting. I was employed as a Senior Correctional Sergeant. I am a Certified Addictions Counselor and Case Manager. I am qualified with experience and exceptional interpersonal skills that enable me to do various tasks as both a Case Manager and Group Leader for Behavior Management (i.e. anger management, addictions counseling, and documented report writing). This applicant is experienced in using Microsoft 2010 JACCS, IMS protocol, and inmate management systems for the Bureau of Prisons. I am well versed in classifications in Youth Rehabilitation Act Studies (YRA) for the District Courts. I am interested and well qualified for a challenging role as an Addictions Counselor, Case Manager, and or Security Personnel with the embodiment of Asset Protection Specialist and Customer Service/Care.
