I'm a detail-oriented Service Technician that strives to represent my company in a positive manner. I complete service orders quickly and make sure to keep accurate documentation of time and parts used. I also bring a strong-sales background with excellent customer service, and have proven to be efficient and both cold-calls and pre-set leads.
As a Service Tech. at The Preserve at Rock Springs, the three key focus's of my job include tracking and completing work tickets submitted through our CRM system, completing turnovers on vacant units that are scheduled to be rented, and maintaining the property and pool systems to be clean and functional year-round. A majority of my work-tickets are plumbing/hvac related, which has required me to dedicate a lot of knowledge to troubleshooting. I'm also responsible for doing appliance installs, minor drywall repairs, painting, swapping relays in hydronix systems, fireplace repairs, and minor electrical work. As part of our on-call rotation, I have become very acquainted with working on water-heaters after business hours as well.
I started my work with Legacy Partners as a Senior Leasing Consultant. My main job duties included facilitating property tours for prospective residents, answering all incoming phone calls about potential inquiries, delegating work tickets for the maintenance staff, and generating daily closing reports for property owners and completing monthly market audits. I received accolades two years in a row for generating over 1 million dollars in leasing profits, and worked diligently to secure CRM leads and surpass monthly quotas. Being the primary point of contact, I always made sure to represent the company in a very friendly and respectful way.
As a Security Officer through Allsec, I primarily worked gate duty between Tata Chemicals, Solvay, and Simplot. I also conducted random fire-watches throughout the state for any establishments that needed it. My regular shift consisted of multiple walkthroughs and inspections of mine property and admin buildings. I handled a Bill of Lading tablet to check in any trucks coming to haul material. During the Covid pandemic we also helped conduct daily testing and results handling to admin.
As an Inventory Coordinator I mainly worked in receiving. Every Tuesday I would unload our incoming shipment and begin sorting everything to be placed on the floor. I would set up any new displays on the floor and make sure everything was placed correctly. I also completed weekly inventory scans to monitor store-loss percentages. I was also cross-trained to help with any front end cashier work, and cutting on the fabric counter as well.
During employment at Joanns I also worked the morning preload shift at UPS part-time. Incoming trucks arrived around 5:30 and I was in charge of offloading the trailer directly onto the belt in an extremely fast, but safe manner. The workload would usually be completed within 4 hours. After 5 months I was able to attend Integrad Driving School in Portland, where I learned how to drive the delivery trucks and control the DIAD for managing stops and deliveries. I was scheduled to drive for certain days of the week that wouldn't conflict with secondary employment.
Was recognized 2 years in a row in Legacy Partners "Million Dollar Club" for generating over 1 million dollars in leasing profits.
Completed Integrad Driving School for UPS.
Consistently high producer in most offices I've worked in.
