Worked at multiple departments within the store, such as but not limited to, the Submarine Shop, the Marche sandwich and salad bar, the pizza department, coffee department and inside of the kitchen.

Working in retail has thought me great customer service and provided me with a great opportunity to work with people of all cultures and backgrounds.

I’ve learned how to look on the bright side and keep positive even on the hardest of days and great teamwork skills.

I know how to go above and beyond for my co-workers and my store to ensure that not only my team is in a good shape but the customers get the best me and the best team they can possibly get, even when I am not there.

This Job taught me how to be more outgoing and social with people, as it was my first job.

I got good at multitasking and still getting everything done not only timely but correctly.

I learned how to handle rushes and keep ahead of my tasks and know what to stock and when to do so.

Working here provided me with great teamwork skills and customer service.

I would spend my free time at the job to ensure the days went by smoothly by using any downtime to either get feedback from customers and make bonds with customers who were regulars, to clean up around the place and to make sure everyone on my team had all the supplies they needed and that the customers wouldn’t run out of anything on the floor.

This job had taught me my first lessons of PPE and I got good with using all the safety tool they provided, and moving into my next job I knew the importance of PPE (personal protective equipment) and continued to not only advocate other workers to use the provided PPE but to also ensure food safety and overall physical well being.

I had also learned the importance of mannerisms and how to speak towards each customer to help ensure they got the service they were looking for.

Lastly This job made me understand the value of appearance. I learned how to look my nicest to ensure the best customer service and a great posture to help the place look more professional.
