• Conceptualized and designed a white-labelled loan application fraud product, currently catering to 25+ large enterprises in a span of less than 6 months. Led the complete GTM cycle including pricing strategy, pricing implementation, sales enablement, marketing case studies
• Responsible for standardization of New Account Origination (Signups) Fraud. Led to reducing the deployment time for large Financial Institutions from 8 weeks to 1 day. This offering brings in 30% of the total business unit’s revenue
• Responsible for design and implementation of the end to end Field level encryption solution for our external large enterprise fraud (Fraud Protection Custom) product
• Maintained communication with internal and external stakeholders and provided mentorship to processes.

• Led the deployment of a white-labelled loan application fraud product for a major multinational credit bureau, enabled scaling to 10x more customers onto the platform. Customers being onboarded include major Fortune 500 companies
• Product rolled out in US, Canada and India and expected to be rolled out in two other countries
• Worked on requirements and design of automated tuning of rules that proved to be s standout against other competitors. This led to a 50% decrease in false positive rate for several clients
• Collaborated with third-party organizations to acquire and integrate data from external sources into ongoing decision-making processes

• Designed and executed an end to end fraud solution for the digital initiative of one of the top 3 Canadian banks. The success of this project resulted in conversion of the parent company's complete fraud solution
• Initiated and led the project that automated the technical implementation flow leading to reduction in time to market for a new customer on average by 60%
• Quickest to get promoted to the next level within the business unit. Received “Best Team Player” for the India team and multiple other awards from leadership team for outstanding performance

• Developed Churn Prediction Model for Current Account Portfolio for targeted customer campaigning, leading to balance build up of INR 60M against the predicted drop in FY1617.
• Designed Early Warning Signal Model to identify corporates slowly disengaging with the bank. 100% Accuracy in identification and this led to retention of 45 corporates
• Built an account planning tool for Salaried customers using 360 degree view for all customers. Brough in revenues of 90 million in two quarters.
• Built a digital campaign framework. Segmented approach to identify best channel and best transaction to be communicated. Utilized by all marketing channels for every digital campaign. This led to 400% lift in campaign response against the control base.
