- Architected a multi-workflow AI sales automation system using n8n, Claude API, and HubSpot that handles lead ingestion, ICP scoring, AI-generated personalized email sequencing, and real-time reply detection — reducing SDR time-to-contact while maintaining full CRM visibility.
- Architected a data pipeline integrating all of our and our competitors' ad platforms, SEO tools, and Apify web scraping to analyze and optimize performance data across campaigns and messaging.
- Built a custom Claude-powered SDR system that mapped 170+ contacts across 7 target accounts, assigned ICP personas, scored outreach priority, and pushed verified sequences into HubSpot — replacing $500+/month in point tools with a single AI-native workflow
- Designed and ran weekly pipeline audits across HubSpot stages. Scored 126 leads across ICP fit / intent / role dimensions, audited 41 outbound emails for structural gaps, and produced deal-level intelligence reports used by AEs to prioritize named accounts
- Built a closed-loop ICP intelligence system from HubSpot deal data and Fathom call transcripts and built a produced a vertical ICP taxonomy, persona buyer matrix by company type, and a tiered lead scoring model now driving outbound targeting across 26 insurance companies
- Coordinated with Engineering on custom POCs for an engineering drawings product: scoped deliverables, drove timelines, cleared blockers, and ensured on-time delivery for deal-critical evaluations.
