  • Managed MTA's Security Systems Hardware/Software Maintenance Contract, which encompassed familiarizing myself with the contract's scope of work while maintaining open communication with the contractor.
  • Organized, attended, and documented all meetings, whether in person, via telephone, or email, with contractors to be sure that an accurate record or log of all matters discussed is kept.
  • Prepared monthly report for the Chain of Command, which outlines the current overall status and budget.
  • Advises contractor of any deficiencies or deviation from the contract so that it can be corrected immediately
  • Organized bi-monthly meetings to discuss the status of the contract and monitor vendors' adherence to terms and conditions set forth in the contract, i.e., MBE goals, schedule, KPIs, etc.
  • Managed MTA's Security Systems Hardware/Software Maintenance Contract, which encompasses being familiar with the scope of work of the contract while maintaining open lines of communication with the contractor
