I have built experience using solidworks throughout my schooling and have a good idea of using the program. I also have knowledge in Matlab and ANSYS programs, for coding and/or finite element analysis of parts/machines. I am also in aerodynamics and flight mechanics for my other technical electives so I have extra knowledge in those fields as well. Our senior project has also shown a lot of the design/engineering process when working on building something new. It has taught me a lot of the factors that need to be considered when designing a machine.
