Preparations of documents pertaining to the general well-being of the fleet's troops and ships.

Documentation and submission of appropriate paper works to authorities.

Arranging for customs release with relevant authorities per specific cargo requirements.

Ensuring transportation of goods from the port to the customs location.

Documenting and reporting any damages of goods to the supervisor.
