I am a Postdoctoral psychotherapist with extensive training in brief interventions, interdisciplinary teamwork, psychological assessment, and crisis management, with the ability to he[p clients facilitate change,l and access their own personal agency and improve their life (Outcomes) and relationships, improving their daily functioning. I have a history of working effectively with diversity, ranging from individuals experiencing systemic oppression and marginalization, marginalized identities, feeling "not good enough," ADHD, mild to severe depression with or without suicidally, families and couples managing conflict, individuals experiencing psychosis, and people struggling with everyday life challenges that is temporarily impacting their daily functioning.
