  • Prepare and file monthly PA-W3 filings using Quickbooks and/or online website.
  • Arrange and assist with information during annual audit.
  • Receive, process and pay member and staff reimbursements.
  • Prepare annual budget with budget Committee.
  • Receive and record deposits of membership dues and other income such as donations and reimbursement due the company from employee, members and refund checks from vendors.
  • Review AMEX and gas credit cards transactions for accuracy, receipts submitted and payment of bills.
  • Work with insurance agency to obtain the best insurance rates for company coverage including bond, auto, liability, umbrella and cyber.
  • Developed and implemented policies to ensure responsible fiscal management.
  • Disburse quarterly capita to branch facilities and monitor expenditure of funds on 36 bank accounts.
  • Reconcile and maintain 43 company bank accounts including operating and payroll accounts via Quickbooks.
  • Report bi-monthly the financial status of the company to the Executive Board.
  • Enroll new employees in health, dental, life insurance and pension benefits. Maintain employee benefits records.
  • Prepare and impose car usage benefit tax to employees assigned company vehicles.
  • Meet and negotiate new and renewal contract with vendors.
  • Handle the posting of Labor Law requirements for employees awarness.
