Started my job career at regal Cinemas learning each aspect of the job, as well as managerial experience towards the end. After 2 and a half years I transitioned to becoming a train conductor immediately following first job. Became a foreman a few months out of class, and being in charge of countless crews; deciding what the plan is and how we will go about our shift the safest and most efficient ways. After the Railroad I found myself being a supervisor at PDX airport. I was put in charge of the wheelchair operation for United, Allegiant, and JetBlue; coordinating with the airlines on a daily bases constantly involved, and ready for any sudden changes.
I learn fast and with motivation for success. Always open to criticism, since there is always room for growth, from the first day on the job or the tenth year. Results-driven professional with extensive experience in locomotive inspection and dispatch communication. Skilled in coordinating team efforts, resolving conflicts, and enhancing customer service, contributing to operational efficiency and team performance.
