Skilled in lead burning, welding, radiation shielding, and shielding block installations. Worked on many large shielding projects and on many "first time" projects for NELCO consisting of Mega shielding blocks, and bi-parting slide doors. I started in the lead industry on Oct. 1985 for Lone Star Lead and in 1997 went to CIMCO and in 2001 NELCO to current.
