My job of Captain consisted of communicating with my manager about BEO's of both the present and future events. Giving directions and information needed to the staff about event setup and breakdown procedures after the events, while holding them to a standard of great service and professionalism. Before the events begin I would identify the host of the contact, to introduce myself, to ensure that if they have any questions or concerns to let me know or my team know so we can quickly solve and problems they may have. During service I would make sure that the guests and the host are highly satisfied not only with the service but the food quality as well.
