-Identifying and cataloging over 150 native and introduced species in a restored wetland and storm water retention pond within the Majeed Discovery Garden

-Management and removal of invasive species including air potato, Caesar weed, Peruvian primrose willow, and more within the MDG

-Research and design of signage to be used around the entire gardens, especially near the MDG on topics such as wetland mitigation, wildlife, and common wetland plants

-Formulating a status report on the condition of the wetlands to be used for consulting and to be send to the county to fulfill a project requirement

-Attendance at Interpretive Planning Committee meetings which discussed topics related to expanding patronage for the gardens

-A side project creating a herbarium of more than 50 species from within the gardens

-Pressing, organization, and identification of botanical species collected from research site at Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve in an Eckerd College Herbarium and personal herbarium using dichotomous keys and native identification books

-On site data collection and general field work over multiple days

-Literature review through EndNote and Zotero to provide supporting research for optimal lab equipment use and appropriate sediment dry sieving, pipetting, and drying techniques

-Optimization of lab techniques through testing and recording of test sample time and quantities

-Performed regular maintenance and cleaning of Eckerd College recreation and search and rescue vessels

-Restored various recreation boat house equipment and property

-Maintained a clean and organized shop environment

-Assembling and delivering orders to up to four customers at once in an often fast paced and time sensitive environment

-Opening driver duties, which include preparing dough for day, setting up dish pit, unpacking and organizing truck orders, answering phone calls, assisting with front window, and preparing various ingredients during the day

-Training new employees and completing extra duties when low on staff
