• I'm currently a quality control lab technician for Weyerhaeuser. This job is extremely detail orientated and labor-intensive. Duties include ensuring quality in the product we are producing, maintaining that product through weight adjustments, moisture adjustments, resin cutting, specimen collections, and in role the adjustments I make also reduce costs for the employer. Cutting 10lbs of resin saves around 60k annually. This role is also stepping foot into a junior supervisor role I, so leading by example is also key.

• As an assistant operator I was responsible for making sure production was kept up with, cleaning, running the crew, inventory management, confined space cleaning, maintenance, keeping track of all production for that day in gross and net weights, forklift duties, and making sure everyone was safely doing duties.
