As an advanced operator at Ambu, I was working in the dipline department. In this department, we making breathing bags for hospitals. The machine bring the bags down, we pulled off the bags from the pallets using wands, wash the bags, dry them , pack them and sent it to the quality control and quality assurance for inspection to make sure the bags meet all the quality standards.

As a technician in the same department later, I was responsible to monitor the machines and fixed them when they broke down. If I cannot fix it , I escalate the issue to the maintenance department. We using chemical products to make the breathing bags, I was doing line checks that consist to collect some specimens in the coag tank, the polymer tank and all other requirements. After the line checks, I do some laboratory testing to make sure the chemical products are in the right amount, if not I do some adjustment. I was also responsible to organize the team work like make the schedule, insert the daily work data production and the shift report in the computer.
