We would start helping by listening to their needs for improvement and start designing based off of that. Would draw the computer drawings using the program 2020. So the customer got to see these renditions. This was the best, and only, design program at this time . We would price different woods, paints, tiles,and counter tops & etc. Go to the house and measure exactly. Then just have a meeting in the showroom with the different samples of doors, tiles, paints flooring, and countertops & etc. (ie: sinks,appliances, and hardware) Pick out which they like best and hopefully pick up a check for the deposit. Assisting the client closely through this remodeling process to make it as quickly and effectively done with the client knowing each step of the process as sometimes it does take some time to get everything (electrical, plumbing and other specialty craftsmanship)
