Rachel Alicea

As a devoted Paraprofessional, I have dedicated my “calling” into early childhood development. I feel as the first steps in success start with the foundation of their education. I am confident that I offer the right skills and compassion to help educate the child(ren) and most importantly keep them safe.

As an experienced Paraprofessional, I thrive in environments that challenge my ability to communicate sensitively, and implement the proper behavioral techniques for crisis intervention. I find early education so important that I also intend on furthering my education while in the active role of a paraprofessional,seeking RBT credentials.

My previous role presented a lot of challenges, but I’ve learned a lot of behavioral techniques that I’m eager to apply to this new position. I’m interested in this opportunity because it aligns with my skills in compassion, leadership,and adaptability and my passion for the students. My commitment and dedication in making a difference motivates me. I will continue to contribute my skills towards supporting the staff while enriching the students' learning environment.
