Additional Information

I have always enjoyed helping people and have looked for employment that somehow involved customer service. I moved into the counseling field due to my love of helping people but have found my greatest enjoyment though employment was at Hollywood Video and the Vehicle Registration Office. I love helping people with everyday life needs and problems like paying bills and answering questions in a manner that brightens someone's day. So I plan to move my career fully into a customer service direction hence forth.
