Develop and execute community marketing plans, promote Prestige services and products for our 114 apartment Assisted Living and Memory care community. Conduct tours, and act as liaison to residents, families, and guests to drive comprehensive sales results. Provide supervision to housekeeping team members and maintenance.

  • Drive census by initiating and conducting marketing calls to discharge planners and outside representatives. Answer telephone inquires, send out community collateral, and make follow-up calls to prospective or referral sources.
  • Conduct tours, home visits, and assessments, offering an overview of services, lifestyle, convenience, and benefits of the community in compliance with Prestige sales processes, policies and philosophy.
  • Manage social media channels, increasing brand awareness and engagement within the community. Record monthly radio event ads.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources such as Physicians, Hospitals, long-term care facilities and assisted living/Memory Care communities.
  • Visit and conduct presentations at Doctors' Offices, Senior Centers, clinics and organizations for seniors distributing sales and collateral literature.
  • Partner with Executive Director and Regional Sales and Marketing Director to develop and execute community marketing strategy. Conduct activities delineated in the marketing plans in a timely and budget conscious manner
  • Reconcile Monthly work Credit Card in timely matter
  • Complete and maintain appropriate database documentation and reports that keep my Director and key stakeholders up to date on inquiries, tours, outreach plans, and reserved occupied apartment move-in and move-outs. Prepare and distribute marketing reports timely and accurately.
  • Represent Prestige and the community in welcoming prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and the public in a positive, helpful, and caring manner demonstrating company mission and philosophy.
  • Complete competitive market analysis and competitive analysis from competitors near to Prestige every six months or as requested.
  • Attend weekly Rotary meetings, Attend and Participate in local business and community events where referral sources, prospective residents, care givers and their advocates are in attendance to help generate organic leads.
  • Daily ensure Prestige community and model rooms are clean, safe, up to date, orderly, and decorated in a pleasing and professional manner.
  • Prepare and execute Prestige Contract with potential residents outlining resident rights, medical releases, emergency information, ADA, banking and other many forms required by California Licensing and Prestige. Collect 602 Physician Reports, Signed Medication lists. POLST, current tb/covid updates, PRN release, and diet letter.
  • Participate as part of the leadership team by actively contributing in problem solving, decision making, center and company-wide initiatives, and attending leadership meetings.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of industry trends, and best practices through continuing professional education, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
