Participated in a private wine camp consisting of wine tasting from Zaca Mesa Winery and
Firestone Vineyards. Focused on food and wine pairing at each full course lunch and dinner.
Special evens included menu planning for each meal, individual tours through grapevines, and winemaker
seminars. Also, acted as lead bartender for all guests for the duration of the stay..
