- 15. Keep track of part time employees hours/ shifts for minimum worked per CBA
- 16. Handle all disciplinary action and terminations for STL location
- 17. File all disciplinary actions forms accordingly
- 18. Abide by the Union Contract for all incidents at the STL location
- 19. Make sure all full time employees have access to benefits when eligible
