From starting as a CNC machinist I developed the retention of being able to work in a high pressure environment full time with odds stacked against me.
Moving forward into the telecommunications I had developed my mapping and computer skills into a different profession. While still being able to endure fast acting situations with critical thinking skills to ensure the best possible outcome.
Moving into the Racking industry tested and built my leadership skills into a new profession. Still being able to ensure quality with speed and safety of myself and others around me.
Reaching my current employment is an example of all the skills I have learned, adapted, and implemented all into once. Becoming a Jack of all trades of the sorts. I show that I and rise through the ranks in any profession i set my sights on. I get my feet in the water and excel, improve, and learn something new with something to come from it.
Assistant Manager.
I am tasked with training and implementation of new and current employees. Creating a healthy work environment. While running a shift maintaining proper inventory usage and cash usage. Maintaining great service numbers while keeping great customer service is a specialty.
Moving in fast paced environments while working effectively. Hiring and retention is among my many skills. Making and perfecting schedules while working and communicating effectively with our employees written and verbally.
Dominos has also constantly tested my ability to quickly adapt to different situations.
Was hired on as an Assistant General Manager to execute General Manager operations.
Guided new employees, some as their first job to some being promoted to the next step in their Dominos career. Unfortunately did not spend much time due to a death in immediate family and being unable to work with the staffed General manager in improving the overall stores operation and staff.
Began this journey as a Delivery driver and quickly rose my way up to management. While learning all positions available in store and leaning and developing new methods to work easier while increasing efficiency.
After much recognition from all the surrounding area managers I have been moved from many different locations to help improve operations and train staff to overall improve everything and everyone.
I supervised day to day operations to ensure proper staffing and work ethic all day long.
3 years into my career I was moved up to a General Manager position where I put all of my skills to the test. I stepped down from the position after the busy holidays to welcome my newborn son, and the resumed my role as an Assistant Manager to have more time with my newborn.
I was hired on as a tech to survey and inspect telecommunication poles, to ensure they were up to code.
After a year, I was tasked with drawing rough drafts of new routes that were planned in new developing neighborhoods and businesses.
I surveyed the land and created the most efficient and cost effective fiber optic land plans for upcoming and future technology.
As well as 5G implementation and testing I drove around Houston and occasionally Dallas, TX.
I communicated with the customers and city management via email to properly plan when and where to execute proper placement.
