With 14 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician in the Fire Department of New York Emergency Medical Service, my professional career is grounded in emergency response, safety protocols, customer service, and team leadership. Throughout my tenure with FDNY EMS in New York City, I excelled in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, providing critical patient care and leading teams during 911 emergency calls. As a BLS Instructor and mentor, I have refined my ability to effectively teach and guide others in maintaining safety standards. As well as my experience in the hospital setting has allowed me to apply my knowledge and expertise. Now, I am eager to bring my customer service skills ,safety approach ,de-escalation, and leadership skills to the airline industry. My commitment is to uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure safety and operational efficiency.
