- Working closely with the UIG administrative staff to ensure all the utility allocations and invoices are tracked for tenants
- Provide a list of maintenance items to the Operations Manager, track progress, and obtain updates of mainteance and repairs daily
- Manage all interns working on renovation and construction projects.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance equipment
- Coordinate and manage regular maintenance, including HVAC systems, filter systems, electricals, etc.
- Responsible for building permit applications, zoning applications, all variances, and special use applications. This includes all necessary supplementary documentation for these applications
